AZ... that's not in dollar amounts.... that's the number of preferred shares that have been cashed in!


Figure each preferred share at an approx price of $6.5 per share! (figured this by their conversion formula in the PRE14C filing)

6.5/share X 9000 shares is almost $70k right?
