I think you're on to something here. The selling stops at least till 8/25 and the PPS is allowed to trade on its own. Those paying attention realize that buying .0004 is likely to be an incredible trade between now and 8/25. It is to Tom's advantage for this to be trading at .005 or better by 8/25. That is more than a 10 bagger.
