Sulphur, this may be business as usual where EW has a constant demand for Ballast Control / Tank gauging systems or perhaps one specific order/s and could be for any of the following IMO.
* Ships
* Oil rigs
* Liquid Storage Facilities Barges

It is interesting to see a whole bunch of LevelCom 100 consoles - not sure if they all go into one system or multiple.
