Here's a newsflash right back at you wiseguy .... no chit that companies go public to raise money. Again, what's B.S. is that you and the company (EXPH) say no stock is being sold when in fact it is. Newsflash .... that's called lying to shareholders, aka being untruthful, aka bullchit. Get it ?
