Chad, you state you verify what these companies tell you. If that's the case, I would assume you've verified that EXPH told the truth with regards to saying they're not selling stock ? This is where people like myself think guys like yourself are totally F.O.S., as it's obvious as the day is long that EXPH has indeed been selling stock.

If EXPH weren't selling stock, they undoubtedly would have no problem in ungagging their T/A and stop using that B.S. excuse that someone is attempting to impersonate the CEO is attempting to obtain the O/S count. Ungag the T/S and then the B.S. excuses will cease. Does EXPH management think we're all 3 years old and don't understand what we see happening ? Get real dude. Anyone with half a brain sees EXPH for what it is, a stock selling company that's flat-azz broke. Sure, maybe they actually have a plan on how to get the company to where they say it's going, but they're being totally dishonest with shareholders at the present.

EXPH claims to be reducing the O/S count. I call B.S. on that and compare what they say to that of what BIHC says. True, BIHC has run huge, but it's run huge on total lies and the lies will eventually catch up with the company. Not many out there know the actual O/S count on BIHC, but it's nowhere near what the company has been claiming. I know for a fact that on April 28th, the O/S count was over 169 million when the company stated the same day via PR the O/S count was 87 million and being reduced. That's not speculation, that's fact. BIHC ran because people see the A/S count is still at 180 million, but the company has nothing to tout with the exception of an alleged acquisition of a company that does $720K in annual revenue.

With EXPH's A/S count at 1 billion, it's obvious where the O/S count is headed, regardless of what B.S. you or the company states in attempting to lure the innocent into their scheme. Will the scheme prove to be beneficial in the long run ? Who knows, maybe so, but the fact remains that EXPH is selling stock, period, and you're telling people they're not selling stock.

An ungagged T/A would prove what I say.
