To answer your questions in order:
It seems to defy logic to me if you know these things and can't stand what you perceive.
Why do you not organize shareholders and get answers yourself ?
The time effort and cost is not worth the loss I suffered. Moral outrage alone is not justification for stretching an already tight budget. Besides, the deck is stacked against you, even if I could afford the lawyers required to mount the effort they can always raise the A/S and increase their share count.
Only after they have bought do they come across what we identify as bashers. At that point I also think they rollover and sell of at a loss.
By a consistent 10 to 20 percent bouncing of the stock bashers actually assist in feeding the flippers and or shorters.
Why would you want to have done that ?!?!
BASHERS in general have the correct story. It is everyones greed and hope for a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow that cause them to lose their investment. I cannot predict or time all the actions of the scam artists. They are in the drivers seat as far as the flow of PR's and pumps go. All I can do is try to warn potential investors of the scam, which I have been doing for 8 or 9 months now. It costs me nothing and has provided a great deal of entertainment. oh, and I could write the district attorney of Nevada and file a formal complaint with the SEC and any other government agency that might be interested, these things I have done. In my opinion, by bashing I have in some degree lessened the impact of this scam, but company stalwarts who try and convince peoiple to HOLD TIGHT are easily more to blame in losses suffered by individuals who made a mistake by buying the stock. Face it every person I convinced to sell or stay out of the stock is better off than every person who was convinced to hold "long and strong". As for the flippers, they will always be around, and probably play this game smarter than most.
