The reason I have the opinion that I do, is because what Roger said to me previously was this, " Be aware that getting data from a University clinical setting is not always a certainty. The professor will give you a target date, but usually does not feel compelled to meet those timeframes. We are doing our best to stay on top of the progress being made in locking the data base and beginning the analysis of the data. We are still blinded at this point, so are only getting progress indications from the DSMB."
His recent communication, I believe, is in this light.
