I did not recieve it that way at all Alertmeipp. I received it as the review of the data was more complex/time consuming than expected by the CRO and that additional assistance/manpower was required in interpreting and recording the data.

I see NO red flag here at all. I see a company trying to get production out of an entity that they really have no direct control over.
