Great Explaination but it does not answer ONE MAJOR POINT

The LIES that were PR'ed at RVGD while the STOCK was being DILUTED TO DEATH by the company. Do you Dispute that ?

The timing of the so called 80 Million dollar contract with the additional 2 contracts being discussed. TOTAL CROCK and we all know it and ALOT of people were hurt.

You can blame Peter, Carnes, etc but there is ONE FACT. You were representing them at the time and were part of it. You are correct we all have ourselves to blame for our decisions but those little disclaimers at the bottom of every press releases do nothing more than COVER BLATANT LIES by companies and IR Firms alike
