Share price appreciation is based on RESULTS, and by RESULTS I don't just mean earnings releases. For example, an announcement of landing a new big contract or negotiating another strategic acquisition - those are RESULTS.

Until we see some new RESULTS, the volume will likely stay low, while those with confidence in how the fundamentals are already shaping up take this time to accumulate their positions.

This week, we have seen the writing on the wall that institutional ownership is growing by leaps and bounds. Institutional ownership is what is sometimes referred to as SMART MONEY. We have some major players involved with Deep Down, and for me, that raises confidence for great things to come. I, for one, am following the SMART MONEY (even if I was here before a lot of them showed up, LOL).

Most here consider this a long-term investment, not a quick trade, and those who keep that perspective should profit handsomely in the long run.

And, of course, this is all JMHO.
