I have been doing some DD and have found Mandalay Energy Resources on the Oklahoma Corporation Commission's website. There are three well permits in Noble, OK Section 30, Township 24, Range W1. The names of the wells are Holder, Thomas, and Muller. The permits appear to be approve June 8th 2008, but there is no info on drill dates.
