Mahi ... I think your premise that the biodiesel can be profitable is wrong.

Only if you were assured feedstock volumes at a reasonable price would you be able to make money on biodiesel.
right now ... food-based feedstocks are prohibitively expensive to produce biodiesel.
The only feedstocks that make will make money with these high commodity prices are animal fats, yellow grease (used Restaurant oil), brown (trap) grease and some non-food feedstocks such as Palm oil or Jatropha.
Unfortunately some of these oil types are very hard to process.
Others such as Jatropha are simply not available in sufficient quantities in North America. You would need a plantation to supply the Jatropha in any quantity.
