joesmith, i just realized dubuque bank & trust may own a total of 5,655,357 shares instead of the amount listed in the S-1 filing (2,857,143) and/or this nasdaq insider/institutional summary (2,721,188):

since the numbers from these two sources don't match, the amount recently reported could have been accumulated before the private placement occurred.
what further supports this theory is that the registration statement hasn't been filed, so i don't see how they could report the shares from the private placement yet. jmho.
