It is hilarious that you keep claiming that there is a scam being perpetrated by the company yet the most you did was email the SEC.
Personally I think you were thinking you could cover up your participation in the shorting by doing that.

If I was you I would have filed a formal complaint.

Instead you keep assisting in helping Shorters regain their shares.
You can claim you don't beleive in shorting and that will change none of the facts.
