eye eater that is not what I said... I said that all public companies are required by law to disclose the share strcuture to the public. That is the issued and outstanding stock, they don't have to disclose the different amounts of resricted and free trading just the total AS and issued OS, that is considered public information and must be released!

The fact that they do the monkey dance and try and skirt around it with excuses is another issue all together!

I will say that if you invest into a company that has a gagged TA and the CEO refuses to give you the share structure than you WILL lose your entire investment if you go long on the stock!
