eye ater .. that is where you are wrong buddy. It doesn't matter PINK, OTCBB, GREY, NY, AMEX, NASDQ all public companies have to release the share structure to the public when requested to do so!! Period.

When they don't they are violating Securities laws..

Call corporate stock transfer in Denever they will straighten you right out!
