If they had been generating cash earlier from their other programs they would not have had to dilute as much to fund the GC2000 process is the point. i.e. if they would have sold million's of wipe out pens earlier in the year they could have used those $ to fund the GC2000 process. Don't know what they have done in regards to private financing or what the options for them are. Retail investors are bearing the risk right now and hopefully will reap the rewards when this program is successful. Vescor, I-Beam, and EESO are very high on it. GLTY.
