Notice today it was constrained in a one cent range most of the day... even with a 500K block trade mid-noon, that trade showing up as accumulation on a 5 minute, ten day chart, as distribution on a 5 min, one day view...

There seems to be pent up interest in moving to the upside... a pop to $0.42 at the open, and a steady beat higher over the last half an hour to the close.
