Based on the SEC filing that I highlighed in a previous post... that explanation they give to turning the business from making and selling underwear, to an oil and gas company... calls for a lot of money. If MGLG and Ky-Tenn Oil and Gas was to merge with ACOE, they wouldn't write up the paragraph like that. Go read what I highlighted, and see if that would make sense. It sounds like they are going to make a go of it from scratch, and they are using both MGLG's people (Bill Akrivos) and Ky-Tenn's people (Goodwin) as directors/consultants.
