IMHO, knowing all of those indivuals 1st hand, they will all leave if the buyout is completed.

They feel that they have accomplished a life's work already and certainly don't need to work anymore,a nd sure as hell won't work for big pharma

Art will retire
Hellman will become a CEO
Ebersman will become a CEO
Yang and Scheller will become functional heads at smaller biotech because they love the research
