You are right, we'll see in 20 days. If the company announces at that time that the deal with H&H has fallen through, it needs to be determined exactly when negotiations broke off to determine if the 7/09 blog message from MB was at the least misleading. The next 20 days should be interesting IMO it will make or break the company.
