Gentlemen; Isn't the real story that a very old (perhaps abandoned) bla submission has been resurrected at the behest of someone outside the company? Doesn't this perhaps mean that there is newly perceived value in the RIGS protocol? Could one deduce that there may now be a positive slant that was overlooked years ago?
I for one am pleased that there is new communication with the FDA and that it seems to be positive and cooperative. I see it as good news even though there still need to be additional trials to confirm the older results. This sounds to me like the FDA has already bought off on the concept and needs to get that confirmation in order to approve. I can wait.
Why argue about timing which is already predictable. Argue about validity.
