I think the DNA transaction is another example of both the US dollar weakness prompting consolidation from overseas but more importantly, a great innovator ( who also licenced a ton of it's technology from smaller biotechs) is off the radar and the money will have to go somewhere-both private investment capital and corporate R&D, though DNA will still hunt around for oncology R&D....i'D THINK.
