--- It would seem to me that that you misplace the burden of proof.
--- again .. as the the topic *goes round and round* have those who've *requested the info* called those companies *aero* views as their competition and discovered exactly when they did this *testing* in their company history?
again .. let's not confuse .. time lines and what is being accomplished .. cause it does seem to get deliberately *blurred*
if aero had those tests done .. we've been told the following
--- If Aero could prove that its products do IN FACT save on fuel ... that would be a Powerful Marketing Tool.
--- sure it would be .. if the supply is *smoothed* out which of course brings us back to capital
two things immediately come to mind ..
it's contrary to everything that has been stated about aero by these same folks since .. well .. since i've been reading this blog
and from a logical pov .. it's knowing the process involved
obviously aero did a test that was suitable for the patent app .. <also another topic that goes back months>
ok .. not good enough for some but note .. good enough for the u.s. patent office <derided>
well then <since ir answered my questions on this self same topic months ago> i'd suggest those with an interest contact ir ..
then .. if one understands the process of how a company is established ..
it's pretty basic .. but time consuming
that is product .. that is patent that is *tweaking* product that is establishing supply source that is distribution channels being established that is sales that is new products rolled out that is targeted marketing
now let's factor in .. the other side <re: being a public company in today's environment>
they completed the r/m in october of 07 they have filed each of the 3 10qsb's since they have come public they've pr'd the app info and updated us .. the shareholders of record re: the otc bb ... 2 questions again logic here folks .. if aero had the issues some have *proclaimed* does anyone really think .. it would only have been 2 questions ..
so from the very start of their public life aero has filed .. <that is money spent on auditors and legal teams>
so .. logically <albeit mine> .. we know a few things .. not the least of which is aero started they meant to go along .. with the added benefit of actually listening to their shareholders .. when it became pretty obvious that the *manipulation* was rampant on the pinks ..even with being fully sec compliant ... vicious rumors anyone
so the indy dyno test .. by logic ... most likely will occur when .. aero .. is ready to supply the demand the results of that test .. impact
that could be next week that could be next month or that could be next year
and that is why i call ir we know from ir .. and the pr in early feb that aero .. did what they called a modest test in chile re: the fleets <buses> ..
i'd say we are do for an update on that but then imo .. we are due for all sorts of updates
now just using logic and common sense .. anyone else think aero still has some *housekeeping* issues
that is why .. the longs are holding tight
because it's not just we know what we own it's we are willing to give aero the time frame required ..
--- 4kids all jmo
10/5/07 -- there are no coincidences here ... oh and like many other longs .. not selling at this level --
