The Company is on the Pink Sheets now and is non-reporting... In order to IPO the Company would need to become Fully Reporting to the SEC in the future and the IPO would also be overseen by the SEC... Existing shareholders would exchange their shares (on a RS basis) for shares in a new class of stock identical to the IPO shares... This would be an initial public offering of stock as a Fully Reporting company...

Yes, I agree that a $100mm IPO is an aggressive target and unlikely to be achieved... IMO however a $10mm IPO would be extremely realistic... Especially with an impending new administration in the White House and oil prices at $140/bl...
