Great Post! Well said and you covered the gamut. I've paid too much in tuition money to turn back now 
I also use L2's and can't imagine trading without them. That said, I've been burned thinking there was more support on the bid than there actually was. The paper trading idea is a good one until new investors get a good feel for what can and will happen using L2s and Charts.
