You are arguing (debatable) technicalities while missing the underlying principle of the matter.

The TOU is blind to investment sentiment. It is not a factor whatsoever in our rules of conduct. We welcome and encourage all opinions from all points of view irrespective of the underlying sentiment, as long as they are expressed within the scope of the TOU.

It's just common sense, favoring neither "side" of the subjective dialog. Who goes to a football game and expects the fans rooting for the visiting team to to be kept silent because they are cheering in support of their team and against the home team?

Anyone who has taken any training in debate knows that 1) a dedicated debater can take either side of the debate and argue it with the same vigor and sincerity as the other side, and 2) one should value the differences in contrasting opinions and learn from them.
