spencer -- You are correct that there was a quote from HH in the original Laidlaw press release announcing the proposed financing... My point is that I do not anticipate any interim comments by HH until either the proposed financing is either successfully executed or is taken off the table... In my experience having worked for a major institutional investor interim comments relating to either financings or acquisitions typically do not occur until the end of the process one way or another... Either the deal happens in which case both sides congratulate eachother or the deal does not happen and there is a comment that there was a mutual agreement not to proceed... Perhaps your experience is different...
