skunk --

IMO an IPO on a listed exchange (presumably the NASDAQ or OTC-BB) would be a huge positive for the following reasons:
1) The Company would be Fully Reporting to the SEC;
2) The Company would no longer be issuing new stock every few months as is currently happening but would be funded for several years forward;
3) The stock would likely be included in several Alternative Energy indexes (and industry index funds would then buy the stock if they want to match the index);
4) Institutional investors would be interested for the first time (not while on the Pink Sheets).

IMO this would be concurrent with a RS of the existing stock so the shares outstanding would include existing shareholders and the new IPO purchasers (we would then own a fully reporting listed stock). We all know a RS is inevitable upon uplisting to a higher trading exchange (but is NOT necessary while continuing to trade on the Pink Sheets).

Relating to the London Stock Exchange possibility, IMO the merged Company would be listed on both the London AIM as well as the Pink Sheets in the USA.

Patience.
