HH has provided PR statements in the past to substantiate Laidlaw's position. You can't tell me that it would not be in both company's interest to "INFORM" as to whether or not light is at the end of the tunnel; if I were the lessee I'd be calling the lessor to provide assurance if it were a given or even a possibility at this juncture. But maybe I'd be looking more for success than they are at this point. Maybe its all over with the financing.
