The problem with continual dilution as a fund raising tactic is that it attracts the hedge funds in to short along with the dilution... Nothing like installing a a negative board influence on companies such as ERUC to help push the company out of existence and making millions because they no longer have to cover.... Thousands of companies just like ERUC have been pushed out of business just so some greedy hedge fund can make another buck.... All of the participants from the hedge fund president to the paid board posters should go to jail for this criminal act... Companies such as ERUC in all rightfulness are not given a fair chance to grow and prosper in the marketplace. It's no wonder the American economy is collapsing from the inside out... If any SEC officials are implicated in the corruption of the American market system they should be publicly executed and there families should be stripped of all of there assets so they can learn to suffer with the common average Joe American....
