How many of you invested in SCMI/STEH because you had facts to back it up? Certainly none of you had any filings on which to base your decision. Wouldn't you rather know your CEO is working on producing deals/income as opposed to taking calls from whiners every time the stock drops 1/10 of a penny? When there is news WE ALL will read about it. If there is NO NEWS we all will know about that as well. When you invest in in a NON REPORTING COMPANY that is exactly what you get. If you don't like talking to Mario, or you think he is FOS, don't talk to him. Doesn't it make alot of sense that since his SEC problem he is probably on the up and up? After all, his legal problem was solved by a CONSENT DECREE. Don't you think our government in all of it's wisdom would have locked him away for 20 years because of an alleged $30k deal, AND IT WAS 10 YEARS AGO AT THAT.
