Jmj, the short answer is Yes. I’m still here and digging to find out what I can.

First. As far as the All-Clear case goes, I called the court and confirmed the 7/31 date is still a go for the pre-trial. Not much more can be said about this except we need to keep in mind that it is a pre-trial which means that this case can still be stretched out for quite a while. On the other hand, there are no other events or dates on the docket at this time so a settlement is still a possibility at this time.

More interesting is the stealthy updates that have been occurring on the USGN.com websites. The blurb on the home page has been re-written to give a good description of what the company does and wants to do. The Products and Technologies page has been expanded to include much more detail under the “more information” tabs. The Investor relations tab accurately reflects the company as OTC and the Partnerships page has been re-written as well.

So, the question is..Why is there so much activity now after the site was dormant for over a year? Maybe there will be more eyes on the site in the near future.

In fact the rate of archiving and updating on the site seems excessive and there may be much more to come. Check the domain archive history for 2008 on this link and you will see what I mean.

I believe that each update reflects a change to the site, although some may not be apparent. Each of these updates is privacy protected so it is impossible to see what the update was. This activity, along with the fact that all the links I posted for Defense Matrix have all been taken down indicated (To me) that there is some smoke here, maybe a partnership for Mapsands or some of the G-lam-blast mitigation products.

High priced oil is here to stay and defending oil infrastructure will be a huge market. Let’s hope that Sorzelli and the gang can capitalize on this.

Getting lied to. Getting took. I tell you folks, it's harder than it looks.
