I just noticed the part below that is in your response which was after my conversation with Mr. Joseph Waight:

...The Agreement has not yet been consummated as there has been a delay (on the part of the Government) in the completion of the land surveys necessary to transfer title for the property. ...

I was under the impression from what I was originally told by Mr. Joseph Waight that all was done. That sounds like a little technicality that popped up to cause a delay on the part of the Government and not because of Quincey and BLDV which is good to know. I will call Belize again to see what has changed.

I will also request that one of the newly regular posters that questions the legitimacy of Quincey and BLDV to three-way with me on the call to Belize. Heck, I'll even pay for the call.

The most important thing here is the confirmation that Quincey and BLDV have been approved by the Government of Belize to put together a Pilot Project that is very real very soon. Thanks again for sharing your info.
