my take on this is not mm doing but insiders planning and now excuting .mm will make there money no matter what the s/p .on the other hand the silance was a lack of good news not fear of courts or feds, and to create panic so they can imploment the second round of financing or share dumping.thats what they are v good at....any way you look at it we are screwd.
