Good Life China Corporation (GLCC)

I am trying to figure out why they even would want to merge into a non performing shell such as this WMNT? Why not just complete their own audited financials and uplist to the OTCBB with the same symbol?

1. As nearly as I can tell, GLCC never owned ALL of Haorizi.

2. As nearly as I can tell, the plan is either to take Haorizi private again, or to sell off most of its assets.
