Both, in my opinion, but then I am not in a position to speak for all the citizens of Berlin. It’s sweet of you to be so concerned about Berlins “desired” panorama, but I could care less. My desire is that this black cloud hanging over Berlin as well as the rest of the country passes as painlessly as possible. I’m sure cold hungry and homeless has a different meaning when your hand is extended palm up as opposed to palm down. Bartozek is offering jobs and he is not looking to change the horizon, the stack is already there.
