Well it makes a lot of sense if you have a mind set of lining your own pockets at the expense of shareholders who would just be considered numbers without names homes and families and the more numbers you get the more $$$ you get and since they are just numbers then one does not have to worry about fudicuary responsibility because that is just a word that would not apply
