SUGAR DADDY is a saying to represent that some one is looking for an easy way to get something accomplished. I was not referring to the fact that the company that they are merging into is a Sugar Daddy far from that as I understand. Yes it is a fast way to get off the pinks but to merge into a company that is a shell not producing a profit is in debt etc etc is not the way I would think would help GLCC so with that thought I would think if GLCC is as some have touted to be the next walmart or 7-11 they would be able to do something better than a non trading company as a shell to merge into. It gives me the feeling that indeed the CEO of GLCC does not have shareholders in mind and if the SP goes down to .00000001 that is still ok.
