doch, ich glaube, ich verstehe das.
hartcourt wird nun über die nächsten drei jahre 69 mio. aktien an mr. hu ausgeben. wenn man an zhengda nun zum beispiel nur noch 200 mio. aktien ausgibt, lägen insgesamt 269 mio. aktien in chinesischen händen und ca. 210 mio. aktien im freefloat. auf diese weise bliebe die education-allianz in chinesischen händen, ohne dass zhengda eine tochter im education-bereich hätte, über die sie die kontrolle hätten.
