Do you think this SEC emergency rule will have any impact on TIV's naked shorts, or is TIV just too small potatoes of a company when it comes to its market cap and naked short interest (115K shares?) for the SEC to even look at them?

It would be nice if the naked shorts had to cover their position real quick. But then, that may have been whats been going on the last couple of days.
