Well, I've told you that I appreciate you work around here but I disagree with you on this. If it was a matter of simply the SP declining I would agree with you but the decision to do a reverse split was immensely damaging and just plain stupid. It's almost impossible for a company to retain shareholder value without some kind of carrot such as an uplisting to the AMEX or Nasdaq or some huge business deals going through at the time of an RS.
