yea,..and this,...3)give the Federal Reserve more oversight on the companies.

why give the Fed that authority ?

the Fed is a privately controlled entity,...a something's being cooked up...2)give temporary authority for the Treasury to purchase equity in the companies and 3)give the Federal Reserve more oversight on the companies...

this is how checks & balances work ?
