as for a tmm fraud? I would say no because fraud to me is a

predetermined plan by one or more to extract money or goods

from unsuspecting parties. I would say you are frustrated

in many respects rightfully so I just feel that 1st deal and
others are so angry they lose touch and go right for the throat
