Hard to recall when the P/C 10 DMA above 1.0 has not been a good time to buy.

That NYSE New Highs - New Lows charted vs the NYSE is SCREAMING BUY just as it did at major bottoms (shown) in 1998, Sept 01, July 02 and Oct 02.
So... I'm with you on bullish... but is sure looking scary!
I wonder if investor intelligence will signal a buy today with a big drop in bulls? Bulls over bulls plus bears of 50% or so has been a good buy point in the past.
