The actions of Paul and Spooz in working with an IR firm which dealt with blatant scams in the past is the action.

I'm sure the words of Paul will paint a great picture but unfortunately ACTIONS speak louder than his words, as you just backed up. So remarkably Spooz is looking even more shadier as each day passes.
