Actually, yes, I do know the terms of Beverly's loans, how, I have copies of all her agreements sitting right here in front of me, she has given me copies of them. Do I know enough about legal documents to know if they are illegal or not? No, I'm not an attorney, but here's are two questions for you in regards to them. If they were illegal, why didn't the corporate attorney fix that problem and secondly, if they were illegal, why did Dr. Swift call her and offer to sell them for her at a substantial discount? Do I believe that Beverly is telling me the truth regarding those conversations? Yes, do I have proof of them, other than what she is telling me, no. Whom am I more apt to believe in this, Beverly, without a doubt.

What does Chassman have to do with anything? That entire group is mostly concerned about making money investing in companies. Have a look at the holdings they've had over the years and how much they control of Xechem now.

If the stock price went to a level that you could double or triple your money, would you still hold it or sell it? Are you mostly concerned about your investment or Xechem International and SCD patients? Think about all the people involved in this business and tell me the names of people that care about the company first and foremost and than care about their investment. Everyone criticizes Dr. Pandey for making money with this company, shame on him for buying a business from a former employer and making something out of it that he and his family can benefit from...

You asked me a very interesting question here, do I know the terms of these loans. It's obviously a very relevant question and one that should be asked more often around here. While I have an advantage because I do have a lot of contact with Dr. Pandey and Colonel Pandey, I also make a lot of phone calls write a lot of emails and search the net to find out information that I have. My point is that a lot of the information we have flying around here is opinion or things that have been told to us, without back up. At the same time, there is an amazing group of people here that can find out many, many things and have. I try to back what I have up with whatever I can as do quite a few, unfortunately, not everyone...
