Read the filings, what a joke most of it is not worth going to court, The only thing I see that has me baffled is Pandey wants royalties from sales.................he has got to be kidding, any patents belong to Xkem (the company)exclusively not Pandey.
That's like saying if the board of Microsoft Gates ever gets ousted he should get royalties from all sales since he is the founder and inventor. That part will never happen, so Swift should pay him his 1,175,000.00 million and get on with it....how much is it costing Our company to drag this on.
