Not necessarily chances are if they get delisted and get delisted again , all they need to do is a name change........small float compared with the float they have now.Saying that were does that leave Basu and his investors not very happy unless Swift makes another deal like the .0007 that we didn't know anything about till it happened.
The only way I can see Basu protecting his investment is they ratchet his price down to a ridiculuos amount so when they get listed again and I'm 10000% convinced they will do a R/S his investment amount will be intact.
