Dr. Pandey, stretched the assets of the Company to thin, 20 Drugs, 4 or 5 subsidiaries. I was always told by my teachers and by my father, that in Bussiness you grow one step at the time. And they were all rigth!! Look at Apple, where did Apple started, in a 1 car Garage with a 4k Computer, they continued improving that computer, then made better ones, and now IPod, Iphone, maybe soon an ICar and maybe an ISpaceship on the future, why?? Becouse they concentrated on Computers until they were good at it. If from the beggining Dr. P would had concentrated his effords and all the Loans that he got for Nicosan on Nicosan, by now he would have his and our dream a success, and he would have all the money and time in the World to work and add the other 19 Drugs ONE AT THE TIME. I dont believe Dr. Pandey stealed any Money. I do believe he is not a Bussiness Man, and thats why XKEM Int. Dr. Pandey, and us Share Holders are in the position we are in Rigth now. On the other hand I believe that Dr. Swift is a good Proffessional Bussines Man, it is ashame that this 2 Man cant put their EGOS to the side and work together for a common cause, that in my opinion would be benefficial for all, starting with the Millions of SCD sufferers on this Planet, who needs this succes more than anybody else.
